Ntegrator International Announces IPO
McLean Watson Capital portfolio company launches initial public offering on the Singapore Exchange

Singapore – October 26th, 2005 – Ntegrator International Ltd (SGX : 5HC.SI) announced today the initial public offering of 20,100,000 new shares at a price of S$0.23 per share.

The offering was made through UOB Asia Limited, who acted as sole book-runner. UOBKayHian and United Overseas Bank Limited acted as joint sub-underwriters and sub-placement agents. A copy of the prospectus relating to these securities may be obtained on the Opera service at www.mas.gov.sg.
