Experience
Stuart has over 20 years' experience as President/CEO of professional firms throughout North America. In 1976 he started and was an equal partner in a high technology consulting practice that was acquired by Proctor & Redfern in 1986. Stuart joined the merged company and became President/CEO in 1988, and ran that corporation through to its acquisition by Earth Tech Inc. in 1999.

Immediately prior to joining MW, he was President/CEO of Earth Tech Canada, and Division manager of Earth Tech's largest North American business unit. Earth Tech was one of the most highly capitalized engineering/construction firms in North America. He managed Earth Tech Canada through a period of growth, that included the successful acquisition of a large Canadian engineering firm, divestiture of various units, restructuring of others and integration of over 2,000 people into a single cohesive Division.

Boards
Stuart represents MW on the Board of Directors of Quantec Geoscience and i4i. He has also served on the Board of Clifton House for Boys, and the Toronto Rehab Hospital, plus a number of corporate Boards. In May 2003, Stuart was appointed as a Director of CAA Central Ontario.

Education
Stuart holds an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Toronto.
