Experience
John is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience in corporate finance.  This includes public and private financings, extensive advisory services to information technology companies, and mergers and acquisitions.  His operating experience includes acquiring and operating two integrated manufacturing businesses, which were subsequently restructured and divested.

John represents MW on the Board of Directors of BelAir Networks.

Education
John holds a B. Comm. from Mount Allison University in New Brunswick and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
